A relationship-driven team helping people buy, sell, and invest across eastern Nebraska.
We work throughout Blair, Omaha, and the surrounding communities, with a special focus on rural homes and acreage properties. Our clients range from first-time homebuyers to families moving into their next chapter, and our job is to make each of those transitions feel informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. From the first conversation through closing day, and long after.
What you'll do
Showing a home isn't just opening a door. You're learning what matters to each buyer and bringing that back to Libby so nothing gets missed.
Show homes buyers actually want to see
Schedule and run property showings that feel engaging and worth every buyer's time, from starter homes in Omaha to acreage outside Blair.
Build real rapport
Understand what each buyer actually needs and tailor recommendations to fit.
Guide the whole transaction
Support clients from first showing through inspections and closing day.
Keep the details tight
Track every client interaction in our CRM and stay current on the market and Fair Housing law.
Help our listings get found
Assist with open houses and digital marketing that puts homes in front of the right buyers.
Meet Libby
Libby Long leads Selling The Midwest at BHHS Ambassador Real Estate. The team helps people buy, sell, and invest across Blair, Omaha, and the surrounding communities, with a lot of that work in rural homes and acreage.
You'll work directly with her, showing homes to her buyer clients and keeping her in the loop on what you're seeing and hearing. As the team grows, this role can grow into leading other showing partners.

- Experience in real estate sales or a related role
- Strong communication and negotiation
- Comfortable with Gmail, Google Drive, and sales tech
- Knows residential transactions and Fair Housing
- Juggles listings, appointments, and clients cleanly
- Builds trust with people quickly and keeps it
